Ordering & Downloads

 

Q: How do I receive my 3D model after purchase? A: Once your payment is successfully processed, a secure download link for your 3D model(s) will be automatically sent to the email address you used during checkout. This usually happens within a few minutes, but please allow up to one hour for the email to arrive.

Q: I've paid but haven't received my download link. What should I do? A: First, please double-check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email client. If it has been more than one hour since your purchase and you still can't find the email, please contact us immediately at cadora.arts@gmail.com with your order number. We'll make sure you get your files right away.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other popular payment methods. You can see all available options during the checkout process. All payments are processed securely.

 

Product & Technical Information

 

Q: What file format(s) will I receive? A: Each product description clearly lists the file formats included. Most of our models are provided in standard industry formats like .3DM (Rhino), .STL, and .OBJ, ensuring compatibility with the majority of 3D design and manufacturing software.

Q: Are the models ready for manufacturing (3D Printing / Casting)? A: Yes. All our models are created to be production-ready. They are checked to ensure they are solid (watertight) and suitable for 3D printing and casting. However, we always recommend that you or your manufacturer verify the specifications to ensure they align perfectly with your specific production workflow.

Q: Can I customize the models after I purchase them? A: Absolutely. The source files (especially .3DM) are fully editable. You can adjust dimensions, scale the model, change stone sizes, or modify any detail to fit your specific requirements.

 

Usage & Licensing

 

Q: What am I allowed to do with the models I buy? A: When you purchase a model from Cadora, you are granted a license to create and sell unlimited physical, tangible jewelry pieces from that design. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital 3D model file itself in any form.
